The Purpose of Chapter #3016 is to engage in that activities which serve to promote ballroom dancing and to educate the public regarding the physical, mental and social benefits of ballroom dancing. These activities may include regular social dances, group beginning lessons, public demonstrations, youth outreach, workshops, competitions and more as approved by the board.

Chapter #3016 will be autonomous in managing Chapter affairs, but shall abide by the rules and requirements of the national USA dance, the governing Council, and the regional coordinating committee
